Grandstream HT502 from Teksavvy password

I got a Grandstream HT502 from Teksavvy for TekTalk and I have ordered a second number for it from Teksavvy. I was provided the information I need for to put into the FX2 page but I cannot access it because it came preconfigured with a password on the device from Teksavvy.

Does anyone have this info?

I'm assuming you've tried the default password that is 'admin' and that it's been configured for something else?

The default passwords for that are '123' for user level and 'admin' for administrative access

The '123' is for basic access, This will not provide you with access for the FX2 page. bbud613 will require an advanced access password. Unfortunately is it not available to the public. This is why bbud613 will need to call in. We will need to remote into his ATA and set him up with his own advanced password.
